Top 5 iOS Social Networking Apps in Slovenia Q1 2022

In the first quarter of 2022, the top 5 social networking applications on the iOS platform in Slovenia showed varied performance in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at each app’s performance based on Sensor Tower data.

Rakuten Viber Messenger experienced a stable revenue stream throughout the quarter, peaking at around $51 in mid-March. Weekly downloads started at approximately 1.7K and saw a slight decline to just under 1K by the end of March. The active users fluctuated around the 32K to 33K mark, with a peak of 33.5K in the third week of March.

WhatsApp Messenger maintained a steady download rate, beginning with 1.2K downloads and experiencing a peak of 1.4K in the third week of March. Active user numbers hovered around 165K to 170K, with a slight dip in mid-February but generally stable throughout the quarter.

Facebook saw its revenue peak significantly at $122 in mid-January, while weekly downloads generally ranged between 800 and 1.1K. Active users remained relatively stable, starting at around 109K and peaking at 112K in early March.

Messenger did not generate any revenue but exhibited a consistent download rate, starting at 938 downloads and peaking at 1K in mid-February. Active users for the app ranged from 81K to 86K, with a peak in late February.

Locket Widget, despite being a newer entrant, saw a high initial download rate of 2.6K in early January, which tapered off to around 250 by the end of March. Active users started strong at nearly 2K in early January but stabilized around the 1.3K mark for the rest of the quarter.
